128,705 students take Maths on 3rd day of 2024 matric exam

The 2024 matriculation examination (new curriculum) continued its third day yesterday, and a total of 128,705 students sat for Mathematics exam across the nation, including overseas exam centres.
This year, a total of 841 exam centres, including 11 overseas exam centres and 830 exam centres at home, are open for students. Altogether, 146,523 students enlisted to join the examination. For the third day, 128,705 students sat for the Maths with 17,818 absentees. The number of students sitting for exams accounted for 87.84 per cent, according to the figures of the Ministry of Education. — MNA/KTZH
