Venerable monks receive COVID-19 second dose

Chairman of the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee Bhamo Sayadaw Bhaddanta Kumara Bhivamsa seen receiving the second dose of COVID vaccine yesterday.

The second dose of COVID-19 vaccine was given to Chairman of the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee, Bhamo Sayadaw Bhaddanta Kumara Bhivamsa and venerable monks yesterday morning in Yangon.
A total of 45 venerable monks, including Chairman of the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee, Bhamo Sayadaw Bhaddanta Kumara Bhivamsa, Insein Ywarma Monastery Sayadaw Agga Maha Pandita Bhaddanta Ti Loka Bhivamsa, Thanlyin Monastery Sayadaw Bhaddanta Candima Bhivamsa, were given the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine by the medical team of Yangon Region Command.
Brig-Gen Nyunt Win Swe, Commander of Yangon Region Command and U Zaw Win, a member of the Region Administration Council, and officials paid a courtesy call.—MNA
