MoEE Union Minister meets Russian electricity and power officials

The myanmar delegation led by Union Minister for Electricity and Energy U Aung Than Oo who arrived in Russia to attend the Russian Energy Week International Forum (REW 2021) met the officials of electricity and power company on 12 October and discussed bilateral investment sector.
First, the Union Minister met the officials of TMK Company and inspected the construction of the inland oil pipeline and work experiences.
Then, he received Mr Sergey Kulagin of the Russia-Myanmar Friendship Association and discussed power and energy sector development, production and installation of INSET brand small and medium hydropower turbines and technical issue of high-quality thermal power generators.
Afterwards, the Union Minister and party exchanged views on banking services, procedures, investment and engineering sector in drilling oil with the officials of PSB bank and CEO of STG-E Engineering.
He also met the officials of LLC (DOLSPECEXPORT) to discuss investment and technology development in the power and energy sectors. — MNA
