MoC Union Minister receives CITIC officials

Union Minister for Construction U Myo Thant met officials from the China International Trust and Investment Corporation (CITIC) Group Myanmar Co Ltd yesterday in Nay Pyi Taw.
Myanmar and China discussed vital infrastructure — roads and bridges in the implementation of the Kyaukpyu Special Economic Zone and the Deep-Sea Port project, the development of the trade and service sectors, improvement of the socioeconomic life of the local people, and the processes that can be carried out for the development of common interests between Myanmar and China. — MNA/TS
