Deputy Minister for Construction U Win Pe received a delegation led by Mr Jiang Shan, Secretaary of CPC Dehong Dai and Jingpo Prefectural Committee of Yunnan Province, at the ministry meeting hall in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning.
