Myanmar to play friendly match against Indonesia today

In preparation for the upcoming ASEAN Suzuki Cup Tournament, the Myanmar men’s national football team will play a friendly match against the Indonesian national team in Turkey today.
Both teams are currently preparing for in the Suzuki Cup in Turkey, and this test could be the last one for both teams before the tournament, football officials said.
The Myanmar national team has played three friendly matches in the tour of Turkey and won two matches and have lost one match.
This is the fourth test match in the last three matches.
Myanmar beat Turkey Amateur Club 2-1, Turkey professional football club by eight goals and lost to African Club Burundi 1-2 in the previous friendlies.
Myanmar and Indonesia also played a friendly match in Mandalay in March 2019 and it was almost three years before the tournament resumed.
Myanmar is falling in Group A of the Suzuki Cup tourney along with Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore and Timor Leste.
Meanwhile, team Indonesia is in Group B with Viet Nam, Malaysia, Cambodia and Laos. — Ko Nyi Lay/GNLM
