Union Minister U Ko Ko Hlaing receives special envoy of the ASEAN Chair

U Ko Ko Hlaing, Union Minister for International Cooperation and Chairman of the Task Force to facilitate the Provision of Humanitarian Assistance to Myanmar received Mr Prak Sokhoon, Special envoy to Myanmar of ASEAN Chair, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia and Dato Lim Jock Hoi, Secretary-General of ASEAN at 3:00 pm on 21 March 2022 at the Ministry of International Cooperation in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the Meeting, Union Minister and special envoy exchanged views on the implementation of the provision of humanitarian assistance to Myanmar for Phase-1 and preparations for Phase-2, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
The Meeting was attended by Dr Thet Khaing Win, Union Minister for Health and the Vice-Chairman of the Task Force, Dr Daw Thet Thet Khine, Union Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement and Vice-Chairperson of the Task Force, U Kyaw Myo Htut, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and senior officials from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement.—MNA
