MoH Union Minister receives IOM Chief of Mission

Union Minister Dr Thet Khaing Win of the Ministry of Health met Mr Dragan Aleksoski, Chief of Mission of the International Organization for Migration-IOM at the ministry’s hall on 16 September.
Both parties discussed matters concerning the vaccination of Myanmar migrant workers in Thailand and migrant workers travelling through land borders for Covid-19, prevention and treatment of infectious diseases such as malaria and TB for migrant workers returning from border areas, cooperation in maternal and child care and greater collaboration for the healthcare of trafficked women.
Deputy Union Minister Dr Aye Tun, directors-general and officials also attended the meeting. — MNA
