Educational knowledge exchange workshop held

The Dagon University of Higher Education Department under the Ministry of Education and the Embassy of Thailand to Myanmar jointly held a workshop to exchange knowledge on education at Dagon University’s convocation hall in Yangon on 22 September morning.
Officials from the Thai Embassy to Myanmar, professors from Thailand’s Srinakharinwirot University, Chiang Rai Rajabhat University and Chulalongkorn University, rector, pro-rectors, professors, lecturers and students from Dagon University, and students from Yangon University, Eastern Yangon University, Western Yangon University, University of Distance Education and Foreign Languages University attended the workshop.
First, Dagon University Rector Dr Thar Tun Maung, and professors from Thai universities gave speeches.
The workshop titled Learner Analysis Lesson Planning, Time and Material Management, Active Learning Activities and Assessment and Evaluation of Student Learning was held for two days until 23 September.
The workshop was conducted according to the subject-wise area of the higher education sector to provide reformative approaches to qualified teachers. — MNA
