MIFER Union Minister receives acting UN Resident Coordinator/Humanitarian Coordinator to Myanmar

Union Minister Dr Kan Zaw receives the acting UN Resident Coordinator and Humanitarian Coordinator.

Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations Dr Kan Zaw met Mr Ramanathan Balakrishnan, acting UN Resident Coordinator/ Humanitarian Coordinator to Myanmar and party at the ministry’s meeting hall at 1 pm yesterday.
They exchanged views on cooperation between relevant ministries and UN agencies, residency matters of foreign employees from UN agencies and further cooperation of UN agencies regarding national programmes.
Officials from Ministry of MIFER also attended the meeting. — MNA/CT
