Officials discuss invitation for Myanmar entrepreneurs to attend ASEAN Indo-Pacific Infrastructure Forum

Mr Muhammad Arif Hidayatullah, charge d’affaires of the Indonesian Embassy in Myanmar, met UMFCCI president U Aye Win and responsible persons at the office of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry-UMFCCI on Min Ye Kyaw Swa street in Lanmadaw township.
The charge d’affaires said that he wanted to invite Myanmar entrepreneurs to the ASEAN Indo-Pacific Infrastructure Forum Towards the AOIP (AIPIF) from 6 to 7 September 2023 and discussed matters related to cooperation in the energy sector between Indonesia and Myanmar, offering scholarships to Myanmar students, rice export and smooth operating of banking and financial systems.
UMFCCI president U Aye Win clarified the cooperation in the energy sector with Indonesia, the scholarship programmes and the promotion of trade and investment between Indonesia and Myanmar.
ASEAN Indo-Pacific Infrastructure Forum will discuss the importance of green infrastructure which mainly includes digital transformation, long-term sustainability, financial system innovation and Myanmar entrepreneurs and professionals from the digital and financial service industries are invited to attend the forum. — Myo Min Thura/MKKS
