MoIP Union Minister meets Belarusian First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, visits National Centre for Electronic Services

Union Minister U Myint Kyaing holds talks with Belarusian First Deputy Minister Maj-Gen Nazarenko Yuryi Genadievich of Internal Affairs in Minsk on 3 May.

At the invitation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Lt-Gen Ivan Kubrakob, Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing made a tour to Minsk of Belarus.
The delegation left for Belarus at 5:30 pm on 1 May and arrived in Minsk at 11:20 pm Minsk Standard Time on 2 May.
On 3 May, Union Minister U Myint Kyaing met First Deputy Minister Maj-Gen Nazarenko Yuryi Gennadievich of Internal Affairs of Belarus at the meeting hall of the ministry in Minsk.
During the meeting, the two parties exchanged views on immigration processes and biometric ID cards of Belarus.
After the meeting, the two sides exchanged gifts and the officials from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus hosted a lunch to the Myanmar delegation.
The Union minister and party also visited the National Centre for Electronic Services in Minsk on the same afternoon. Director Gradusof Roman Anatovich of the centre explained the e-ID system of Belarus, digital services, the emergence of the information system, resources of digital services, activities for the development of the national digital service system and ongoing processes.
Then, the Union minister discussed the immigration processes and implementation of an e-ID system in Myanmar. — MNA/KTZH
