Deputy Minister for Home Affairs Maj-Gen Toe Yi received a delegation led by Vice-Governor and Director of the Public Security Department of Hunan Province Mr Wang Yi Ou at the Horizon Lake View Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning.
