MoI Union Minister receives Indian Ambassador

Union Minister for Industry Dr Charlie Than received Mr Vinay Kumar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
They cordially exchanged views on future arrangements of training on technical and management for staff employed in the ministry’s heavy industries such as steel, garment and pharmaceutical factories, providing training by India to workers of Myanmar’s MSME sector, training programmes for teachers of technical high schools operating with the assistance of India and necessary arrangements for drafting a national steel policy. — MNA/TH
