Fake news circulates Tatmadaw forcibly arrests youths in Thanlyin by inspecting guest registration check

G1

The malicious Khit Thit media is deliberately delivering fake news that Tatmadaw conducted inspection of guest registration checks in Thanlyin Township, Yangon Region and arrested the youths who are not registered as guests and those who cannot show their citizenship scrutiny cards.
Those pro-terrorism news media outlets have been circulating fake news on social media to inflame concerns among the public since the People’s Military Service Law came into force.
With regard to that misinformation, the reality was that relevant departments and the General Administration Department are taking necessary information for the census. — MNA/ TMT
