In mid-February, Dapein (1) Hydropower Station of Datang in Myanmar held an apprenticeship ceremony for Myanmar employees, in order to accelerate the cultivation of a Myanmar talent team and trigger the initiative for diligent supervision of masters and learning of apprentices. The main venue was set up in Dapein (1) Hydropower Station, and the employees on vacation attended this ceremony in various regions.
The HR Department, Production Department and Safety Supervision Department of Dapein (1) Hydropower Company Limited illustrated the requirements for the apprenticeship training assessment, one-to-one list and training programme. Chinese and Myanmar masters signed apprenticeship agreements with apprentices. Leaders of the Company raised the expectations and opinions on apprenticeship. Training by pairing and one-to-one apprenticeship agreements is conducive to the cultivation of Myanmar employees and professionals, communication between Chinese and Myanmar employees, and acceleration of closed construction of the power station, featuring unattended operation but with a few employees on duty.
At the next stage, the Company will take flexible measures such as apprenticeship to facilitate the professional training and ability improvement of Chinese and Myanmar employees, drive the local talent team development, lay a solid talent basis to accomplish the annual key tasks and transition of the Company, and make contribution to Chinese and Myanmar overseas talent systems.
