Appointment of Cuban Ambassador agreed on

The Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar has agreed to the proposed appointment of Mr Pedro Pablo San Jorge Rodriguez as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
Mr Pedro Pablo San Jorge Rodriguez was born on 29 June 1961 in Havana, Cuba. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economic Relations from Raul Roa Garcia Higher Institute of International Relations.
He served as an Economic Counsellor at the Embassy of Cuba in the Republic of Chile from 1995 to 1997 and at the Embassies of Cuba in Belgium, Luxembourg, and European Institutions from 2006 to 2010, respectively. From 2014 to 2018, he served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to the Republic of Bulgaria and Non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of North Macedonia and the Republic of Albania. — MNA
