The third wave outbreak of COVID-19 mostly runs out. The government started to ease the restrictions of the pandemic for the people in daily life. As the infection rate of the disease declines, most of the townships among over 100 townships have been removed from the list of Stay-at-Home programmes.

Myanmar is making preparations to reopen its land and international borders to international visitors as part of paving the way for more foreign investments and business recovery. Such a plan is mutual interests not only for the travellers but for the businesspersons and operators. The global people and local people have been staying at home for many months due to the outbreak of COVID-19 from the first to the third waves. As such, the plan of reopening the borders arranged by the government would be a great chance for them.
