The third wave outbreak of COVID-19 mostly runs out. The government started to ease the restrictions of the pandemic for the people in daily life. As the infection rate of the disease declines, most of the townships among over 100 townships have been removed from the list of Stay-at-Home programmes.
Nonetheless, some of the COVID-19 treatment centres and quarantine centres are still open for readiness to admit the confirmed patients. It is because the COVID-19 shall not totally disappear from the world, people are to live together with the impacts of the pandemic to some degree.
That is why it is not time out for everything. The economy of the State needs to be recovered. As part of improving the economic sector of the State and the people, efforts must be made for booming the businesses in order to earn incomes in export and import activities.
On the other hand, it is necessary to arrange the leisure and pleasure of the people by implementing the tourism industry. Indeed, the tourism industry can earn income for the businesspersons as well as the State while giving tourism services to the local and foreign travellers.
Nowadays, the global countries are implementing various kinds of tourism services—domestic tourism, international tourism, outbound tourism, business tourism, adventure tourism, wildlife tourism, medical tourism, wellness tourism, pilgrimage and spiritual tourism, cultural tourism, dark tourism, culinary tourism, celebrity tourism or film tourism, educational tourism, cruise tourism, rural tourism and space tourism—in conformity with their natures.
Myanmar is making preparations to reopen its land and international borders to international visitors as part of paving the way for more foreign investments and business recovery. Such a plan is mutual interests not only for the travellers but for the businesspersons and operators. The global people and local people have been staying at home for many months due to the outbreak of COVID-19 from the first to the third waves. As such, the plan of reopening the borders arranged by the government would be a great chance for them.

In fact, the government and the businesspersons need to take special care of forthcoming consequences in reopening the borders. Conscience should not be placed under the limit. Hence, everybody needs to widen their scopes for the future by analyzing everything possible for gaining outcomes.
