Starting on 3 April, the Grab Airport Taxi service was launched at the Yangon International Airport for the convenience of passengers and it can be used at both domestic and international terminals, according to the Yangon International Airport.
The passengers who do not have the Grab app will be able to book at the Grab taxi service counters at the airport and will have to wait for the taxi they have to ride at the designated area.
The number of passengers and flights reportedly increased again after the restrictions on international flights at YIA were relaxed starting on 17 April 2022. — TWA/KZW
