Merit shared for martyr leaders on 76th Martyrs’ Day at Yangon City Hall

On the 76th Martyrs’ Day, a merit-sharing ceremony for the leaders who sacrificed their lives for the country was held at the meeting room of the Yangon City Hall yesterday morning.
First, all those present on the occasion took the Five Precepts from State Sangha Maha Nayaka Vice-Chairperson Agga Maha Pandita Agga Maha Saddhamma Jotikadhaja Masoeyein Sayadaw Bhaddanta Kasara Bhivamsa and listened to the Sayadaws and Sanghas reciting Paritta.
Afterwards, the guests offered a day meal and donated offerings to the Sayadaws and Sanghas and listened to the sermon from Masoeyein Sayadaw Bhaddanta Kasara Bhivamsa followed by sharing merit to the martyrs. — MNA/MKKS
