Myanmar goes into tough group of AFF U-19 Women’s Championship 2023

The drawing-lots ceremony for the AFF U-19 Women’s Championship 2023 took place this week, and the Myanmar U-19 Women’s Team will face ASEAN powerhouses Thailand and the Philippines in tough Group C.
According to the draw results, Group A sees host Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos and Timor-Leste while Group B features SEA Games gold medalist Viet Nam, Malaysia, and Singapore.
The top three teams from each of the three groups and one best second-placed team from the groups, totalling four teams will advance to the semi-finals.
The AFF U-19 Women’s Championship 2023 will be held from 5 to 17 July in Palembang, Indonesia. — KZL
