Myanmar skater Htet Myat Naing to compete in Street/Park Skateboarding World Championship 2023

Myanmar skater Htet Myat Naing will compete in the Street/Park Skateboarding World Championship 2023, according to officials.
According to the Olympic Solidarity Team’s Youth Development Programme, the player with the most National and International Points in the Scholarship Programme was selected as it was the opportunity to compete in the Street/Park Skateboarding World Championship 2023 held at Aljada Skate Park, Sharaj City, the United Arab Emirates from 29 January to 6 February.
The competition will be held as a qualifier for the 2024 Olympics to be held in France.
The World Olympic Council will bear all the expenses of Myanmar skater Htet Myat Naing. This competition is the second Olympic experience for the Myanmar Skateboarding Team and the related meetings of the competition will be attended by Ko Pyae Oo, head of the Skateboarding Department of World Skate, Myanmar, officials stated.
It is reported that two skaters representing Myanmar Ski Sports Team 2022 won four gold medals in the Melaka Open Speed Skating Challenge (MOSC)-2022 held in Melaka, Malaysia on 17 December. — Bala Soe/KZL
