Myanmar team prepares for 2023 ASEAN U-19 Women’s Tournament

The Myanmar U-19 Women’s Team is preparing for the 2023 ASEAN U-19 Women’s Football Tournament to be held in the first week of July.
The Myanmar U-19 women’s team consists of 28 players on the short list. U Tin Myint Aung will take responsibility as a manager, Tetsuro Yuki as a technical advisor, Daw Thet Thet Win as head coach, Daw San San Maw as an assistant coach, U Sein Aye as a goalie coach and U Tun Zaw as a fitness coach.
The 2023 AFF Women’s U-19 Tournament will be held in Palambam, Indonesia, from 5 to 17 July. Host Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, and Timor-Leste are in group A; Viet Nam, Malaysia, and Singapore are in group B; and Thailand, Myanmar, and the Philippines are participating in group C.
According to the format of the competition, a total of four teams — the three first-placed teams from each group and the best second-placed team — will participate in the semi-finals. — Shine Htet Zaw/CT
