Officials debunk false claims of drone attack on copters, dismissing malicious media misinformation

It was found that malicious media spread false claims on social networking sites, claiming that helicopters at the South-East Command HQ in Mawlamyine were damaged due to drone bombings.
According to officials, at 1:55 pm on 4 December, terrorists attacked indiscriminately with a drone and quickly fled.
Fortunately, the drone fell far away from the buildings and people, resulting in no damage to structures or vehicles.
As terrorists engage in acts of terrorism, launching attacks on villages and towns during unguarded moments, certain malicious media outlets opposing peace and stability are allegedly sharing misinformation without adhering to proper media ethics. — MNA/KZW
