Tatmadaw (Air) continues transporting foodstuffs, relief items to Rakhine State

Relief goods are loaded onto the Tatmadaw aircraft to transport them to Rakhine State.

The relief materials and food items contributed by families of Tatmadaw (Army, Navy and Air) and well-wishers and relief supplies provided by the National Disaster Management Committee for local communities affected by the natural disaster in Rakhine State are being transported by Tatmadaw aircraft, helicopters and vessels.
Tatmadaw (Army, Navy and Air) families’ donated foodstuffs and clothes were transported from Nay Pyi Taw airport to Sittway airport one time by Tatmadaw plane.
The ATOM and MPT communication accessories, food, solar panels, batteries, clothes, generators and rescue equipment were also transported from Mingaladon Airport to Sittway Airport four times by Tatmadaw plane.
Officials in the respective areas received relief supplies and will continue to distribute them to storm victims. — MNA/KZW
