Transfer of illegal immigrants continues

The government has been transferring illegal immigrants entering the country through borders after scrutiny to their home countries in an effort to maintain law and order.
A total of 1,042 Chinese individuals (982 men and 60 women) were handed over yesterday. A total of 2,059 Chinese immigrants (1,917 men and 142 women) from China have been exposed and verified between 31 October and 20 November.
The government reaffirmed its commitment to finding and transferring illegal immigrants. — MNA/NT
