The trekking season of Mount Taung Wine, which has attracted a lot of interest, has ended since 25 February.
“As this is the last week of the trekking season, we planned to walk the trekking path to Mt Taung Wine. After this weekend, the trekking season will end,” said Tharthananwe Foundation.
Starting from 2 December 2024. Mt. Taung Wine trekking season attracted many pilgrims from other states and regions in addition to locals and there were more trekkers among visitors on the weekend, said the residents.
The trekking season starts in December and ends in February every year for those who want to hike for health and those who want to take pilgrimage tour. For safety reason, the trekking time this year was reportedly set from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and free parking lot was provided from 4:30 am to 8:00 am.
