There are two months left for the opportunity to enjoy dense snow caps by climbing the icy Mount Hponkanrazi, and they will organize a weekly 5-night 6-day trip from Putao, according to an official from the Trekking in Myanmar.

The snow melts from the end of April or early May and the frost season starts in November, so there are two to three months left to climb the icy mountain, he said.

People can come to Putao by Yangon-Mandalay-Myitkyina-Putao flight on Saturday and continue by motorbike to Ziyadam village. On the way back, they will have to travel by motorbike from Ziyadam village to Putao and then take the same flight on Friday.
