Yangon Zoological Gardens to host Walking Thingyan Festival for three days

The Walking Thingyan Festival will be held for three days from 10 to 12 April, with the aim of allowing visitors to Yangon Zoo to experience the taste of Thingyan festival in advance according to the Yangon Zoological Gardens.
Children’s sing and dance performances, model show, dancer groups’ dancing performances, music concerts, animal show and magic show will be presented at the Walking Thingyan.
In addition, plans to take pictures with cute animals, game programmes and Q&A session where gifts will be awarded. Yangon Zoological Gardens will be open from 8 am to 5 pm during Thingyan period, and the entrance fee is K2,500 per adult and K1,500 per children. —TWA/KZW
