2017 Mid-Year Myanma Jade and Gems Emporium sells 32 gem lots

The fourth day of the 2017 Mid-Year Myanma Jade and Gems Emporium was held yesterday at Mani Yandana Jade Hall in Nay Pyi Taw, attracting local and international gem merchants.
Thirty-two gem lots out of 190 with a base-price of 500 euros and above were sold to local and foreign gem merchants. The 32 gem lots were sold under an open tender system and fetched a total of about 760,000 euros.
A total of 4,371 local and foreign gem merchants attended the fourth day of the emporium. They were seen viewing the displayed gem and jade lots and submitting their tenders into the tender boxes.
The 2017 Mid-Year Myanma Jade and Gems Emporium is being held from 12 to 21 December. On 16 December, jade lot Nos. 1 to 1150 will be sold. On 17 December, jade lot Nos. 1151 to 2300 will be sold. On 18 December jade lot Nos. 2301 to 3450, on 19 December jade lot Nos. 3451 to 4600, on 20 December jade lot Nos. 4601 to 5750 and on 20 December jade lot Nos. 5751 to 6685 will be sold.
The 2017 Mid-Year Myanma Jade and Gems Emporium will sell 6,685 jade lots and 190 gem lots under an open tender system, while high-quality finished jade and gems were also on display and for sale, it is learnt.
