Discussion on development of agricultural cooperation between Myanmar-China held

Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation U Min Naung received Mr Chen Hai, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Myanmar, at the Yuzana Guesthouse on Natmauk Street in Yangon yesterday.
At the meeting, they had a friendly and open exchange of views regarding matters such as increasing practical agricultural sector development cooperation that is more beneficial for the peoples of the two countries, agricultural information and technology exchange, upgrading of agricultural produce, cooperation in improving the quality control of germ-free hygiene in Myanmar, human resource building businesses, quick import and export of perishable vegetables, and direct export of aquatic products from Myanmar to China. — MNA/CT
