The Kachin State government provided foodstuffs and arranged vehicles for 125 IDPs of 25 households from Jan Mai Kawng, Pa La Na St John Sat and Nan Kwae Sein Yaw Han IDP camps in Myitkyina township to return to their original places or other IDP camps on 22 May.
In addition, the officials closed the Aungmingala IDP camp in Sinbo, Myitkyina township, because 15 IDPs of three households from that camp had moved to the Roman Catholic IDP camp in Aungmingala ward by their own arrangements. — Zaw Win Htun/MKKS
