Hockey players under sports trial for taking joint training in Malaysia


A tentatively selected hockey team was formed with 20 players from Army, five from Navy, two from Air Force, two hockey technical officers of the Ministry of Sports and one from Theinbyu Youth team, totalling 30.
Arrangements are being made for a one-month joint training of Myanmar team with Malaysian clubs in Malaysia.
Twenty players and five manager and coaches of the tentatively selected team will be chosen to take joint training in Malaysia. In Malaysia, the Myanmar team will play at least 10 tune-up matches with Malaysian teams.
The remaining players of Myanmar team will be under training.–Reporter Than Swe (Pabedan)
