Light truck ablaze on road in Yangon

A light truck was totally damaged by fire on road in Yangon yesterday morning. The report of Tamway Township Fire Services Department said that the accident occurred on Lay Daunt Kan Road, Tamwaylay Ward, Tamway Township in Yangon Region.
According to the investigation, the Hijet car heading for Thingangyun Township from Tamwe Township was damaged by fire when the car wire connecting the speaker and the battery got overheated.
No casualties were reported with the damages amounting to K500,000, according to the Fire Services Department.
The car was damaged, and the Fire Services Department team managed to extinguish the fire with the operation ending at 9:50 am.
