On 10 January 2024, 151 new manufacturing workers were despatched to the Republic of Korea via the Public Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) and the EPS system, and they landed at Incheon International Airport in Korea.

The Myanmar Embassy to Korea has issued the required documents for Myanmar nationals to obtain their regular passports on their behalf.
If the beneficiary is unable to collect the documents for various reasons, withdrawal by another person is permitted to prevent any mishandling, ensuring that there are no issues with the retrieval process.
A Power of Attorney for representation, a receipt of appointment for retrieval, copies of the passport (for both the principal and representative), and the ID card (for both the beneficiary and the representative) are required. Additionally, the proxy must be written by the beneficiary.
After the passports have been renewed, individuals must retrieve them personally between 2 pm and 4 pm on the appointed day. — TWA/KZW
