MoIP UM tours Chinese resident ID card issuance process at Jinsa Police Station in Kunming

Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing observes the activities of the Jinsa Police Station in Kunming, Yunnan Province, on 22 September.

Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing accompanied by U Thawta Aung, Consul-General of Myanmar in Kunming, met Director-General Mr Hu Xiaoming of the Department of International Relations under the Ministry of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China and Deputy Head of the Department of Immigration (Yunnan Province) Mr Jia Dong at the Jinsa Police Station in Kunming, Yunnan Province, on 22 September.
During the meeting, the director-general of the Department of International Relations and the in-charge of Jinsa Police Station clarified the structure and duties of the Jinsa Police Station, the machine that can fill the data of applicants for Resident ID card and losing ID card, online checking whether the information of the applicants is correct or not and processes of issuing a new card.
The Union minister also discussed the clarifications before commemorative gifts were exchanged and documentary photos were taken. — MNA/MKKS
