MoTC Union Minister inspects workshops of Myanma Railways, shipyard

MoTC Union Minister Admiral Tin Aung San inspects the Myanma Railways workshops yesterday.

Union Minister for Transport and Communications Admiral Tin Aung San inspected the Bridge Frame Workshop (Mahlwagon) and Mahlwagon Railway Station Yard, Diesel Locomotive Factory (Insein), Myanma Railways Hospital (Insein), and Myanmar Shipyard yesterday.
At the Myanma Railways Bridge Frame Workshop (Mahlwagon), officials explained the land for the construction of the Myanma Railways Museum, and the operations of the departments, workshops and Myanma Railway Hospital.
The Union Minister and party inspected the workshop and the three plots of land to be used for the construction of the museum and gave necessary instructions.
The Union Minister and party inspected the operation of the Diesel Locomotive Factory in Insein and met doctors and hospital officials at the 50-bed Myanma Railways Hospital (Insein).
The Union Minister also coordinated requirements at the hospital during the inspection.
In the afternoon, the Union Minister and party held a briefing at the Myanmar Shipyard and the Managing Director explained the work of shipbuilding and related work. Afterwards, they inspected the shipyard.
The Union Minister asked questions and gave necessary instructions on the explanation of the officials. — MNA
