Over K1.1 bln worth of Happy Water captured in Tachilek township

More than 10 kilogrammes of Happy Water (stimulants) worth over K1.1 billion were captured in Tachilek township in Shan State (East) at 9:30 pm on 19 April, Myanmar Police Force stated.
Acting on a tip-off, a combined team consisting of members of the Anti-Narcotics Task Force examined a Crown vehicle driven by Sai Aung Sar accompanied by Sai Pu Kham on the bypass in Tachilek township.
A total of 10.03 kilogrammes of Happy Water worth over K1.1 billion were carried in 295 plastic bags in the car. Police have taken legal action against the offenders and an investigation is underway to identify the perpetrators of the crime chain. — MNA/MKKS
