“We can do no great things; only small things with great love,” said a Roman Catholic nun Mother Teresa. It means we should not do everything finding great things but should do small things with great love and a pure mind. Only then, can they be great things.

If you are a private company staff or government employee, you will get a proper salary and so you should do with goodwill. If you serve the duties without thinking of the upper hand between the employers and employees, there would be signs of progress in every operation.
The number of government staff is 1.4 per cent of the country’s population. The civil service personnel and public officials are the ones who get the salaries provided by the people and so they must have loyalty to the people. Full of goodwill, they should perform their duties in the public services sectors.
