Police arrest those who complete explosive training at ethnic armed groups-controlled areas

The security forces investigate to expose insurgents and NLD supporters/members who intentionally commit explosions in some cities of the country.
According to the tip-off, some arrange to conduct training for the bombing, transport arms and explosives and send the youths to ethnic armed groups controlled areas. Therefore, the police made a surprise check at Thiri Condo at 9-mile on Pyay road of No (4) ward in Mayangon Township on 13 May. They arrested Nyein Chan (aka) Khine Ko Mon, who completed explosive training courses at ethnic armed groups-controlled areas, together with passports, computers and other materials.
The police also arrested Shun Seint Seint at Royal Thukha Condo in Dhamma Thuka Kyaung street in Hline Township based on the testimony of the suspect Nyein Chan. Both of them completed the bombing training and made arrangements to send others to ethnic armed groups-controlled areas for training. They also contacted Nay Myo (aka) Charlie, follower of U Thein Naing, former NLD MP from Dagon Myothit (South) Township, to transport the arms.
According to the words of suspect Nyein Chan, police arrested those who completed explosive training courses: Aung Thet Paing and Thet Oo in Shwepyitha Township on 14 May, Kyaw Thu Lay in Shwepyitha Township on 15 May, and Ye Htet Tun on 16 May, respectively. They also arrested Nay Myo (aka) Charlie, who arranged to transport firearms/explosives in Yangon at Dagon Myothit (North) Township on 17 May.
According to his words, the police raided the house of Pa Pa in Tamway on 15 May. They did not find Pa Pa and arrested four people: Thein Sin, Su Myat Noe, Khin Pyone Kyaw and Khine Khin Moe, who completed training, with arms used in riots.
According to the testimony of Thein Sin, he participated in the riots in Bago on 16 May. The police arrested other trainees: Pyae Phyo Naing (aka) Mafia, Pyae Sone Aung (aka) Caspa, Thet Phyo Naung, Lu Min and Ei Myat Thwe at Ewarat guesthouse in Ottha Myo Thit of Bago Township, and Thura Kyaw Swar (aka) Nyi Nyi Zaw at Than Kywe teashop in Ottha Myo Thit of Bago Township.
According to the words of Pyae Phyo Naing (aka) Mafia, the security forces arrested Pyae Sone Pyo in Bago on 17 May, and Thurein Ko Ko and Myint Ko Oo. They completed explosive training at Aung Yadana Monastery in Kyun Tha ward of Bago.
A total of 20 suspects, including Nyein Chan, were found guilty of conducting destructive acts to affect the State tranquillity and the rule of law. So they will face actions under the law. — MNA
