SAC Vice-Chair Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win leaves for Russia

State Administration Council Vice-Chair Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win was seen off at the Airport on 25 August 2022.

To attend the closing ceremony of the International Army Games 2022 held in the Russian Federation, a Myanmar Tatmadaw delegation led by Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services, Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win left Nay Pyi Taw on the morning of 25 August.
The Vice-Senior General and party were seen off by Members of the State Administration Council General Mya Tun Oo, Lt-Gen Soe Htut, Secretary Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dwe, Joint Secretary Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo, Senior Officers of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army, Navy and Air), Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command Maj-Gen Zaw Hein, and Russian Military Attaché to Myanmar Colonel Sergei Kurchenko and officials concerned at the Nay Pyi Taw International Airport.
The Myanmar Tatmadaw delegation arrived at Sheremetyevo International Airport in Moscow, the Russian Federation in the evening of Local Standard Time.
The delegation led by Vice-Senior General Soe Win were welcomed by Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation Colonel General A. V. Fomin, Myanmar Ambassador to Russia U Lwin Oo and wife, Myanmar Military Attaché to Russia (Army, Navy and Air) Brig-Gen Moe Kyaw and wife, Alexander V. Ostrvovskiy from FSMTC and officials concerned at the Airport. — MNA
