SAC Vice-Chair Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief(Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win encourages the patient at the local military hospital in PyinOoLwin yesterday.

Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win, yesterday morning, gave words of encouragement to officers, other ranks and families receiving medical treatments at the local military hospital in PyinOoLwin Station of Mandalay Region.
On arrival at the hospital, the Vice-Senior General and party were welcomed by the commandant of the hospital and officials.
The Vice-Senior General met officers, other ranks and families warded at the hospital and individually asked about suffering from diseases and the progress of medical treatment, and presented foodstuffs and aid to them.
At the maternity ward, Daw Than Than Nwe, wife of the Vice-Senior General, and party comforted the pregnant women and presented aid.
The Vice-Senior General presented cash awards for health staff serving at the hospital to the hospital commandant.
The Vice-Senior General and party inspected the construction of the radiation and cancer treatment ward in the compound of the hospital where officials conducted them round the construction site. —MNA
