Union Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement Dr Win Myat Aye attended an ethnic youth conference organized by the Internal Youth Fellowship (Myanmar) at the Myanmar Convention Centre on Min Dhama Road in Yangon, yesterday morning.
The audience were entertained with ethnic traditional dances, music, Korean dances, documentary video of IYF-Myanmar and an opera of Jindallae Choir.
In making a remark, the Union Minister said although it would take times for infrastructural development of the country, the mental development of individuals could be developed by themselves depending on their strong desires for it.
He also added the importance of developing union spirit for peace and prosperity of the country without keeping doubts, antipathy and hatred and by learning mind education.
Then, Dr. Ock Soo Park, the founder of Mind Education, made his lecture on mind.
The Union Minister also discussed with the founder about the mind education and possible assistance of the ministry.—MNA (Translated by Aung Khin)
