Union Minister transferred

In accordance with the provisions stated in article 232 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and section 12 of the Union Government Law, U Win Khaing, Union Minister for Construction, and for Electricity and Energy has been transferred as Union Minister for Electricity and Energy.
