Yangonites can receive municipal services through City Pay app: YCDC

Yangonites can get access to municipal services, utility bills and payments with City Wallet through the City Pay app of the Yangon City Bank (YCB) under the Yangon City Development Committee.
Yangon City Bank offers banking services such as saving accounts, current accounts, fixed deposit accounts, payment orders, issuing bank-certified cheques, loans, overdraft loans, term loans, interbank transfers, ATM cards (MPU Debit Card), Bank Guarantee, foreign currency transaction and exchange and utility payment.
Furthermore, the My City app is also a municipal community app for Yangonites. Theonline payment is available for utility payment and tax by YCDC through YCB Gateway that integrates with AYA i-banking, AYA Pay, KBZ i-banking, KBZ Pay, CB Pay, UAB Sai Sai Pay, MAB, AGD One Pay, OK $, Mytel Pay, Wave Money and MPU Debit Card. The payroll service can be used with the MPU Debit Card system. Additionally, IBFT Inter Bank Fund Transfer, Inter Bank Transfer for clients of YCB Bank, e-commerce platform, online payment for the service of YBPS Yangon Building Permit System and YCB City Pay Wallet for the utility bills and services for building permits, land management, piping permit, registration for pets can be done with City Pay through My City App.
The YCB was opened on 2 April 1993 at the extended six-storey building owned by the YCDC in Kyauktada Township, with an aim to facilitate the economic growth of the municipal community. YCB was established wholly with a capital of K32 million from the YCDC. – TWA/GNLM
