A gang of four armed men threatened employees of the Global Treasure Bank and took stacks of money on the floor and counter from the bank.
The bank robbery happened yesterday morning at the Global Treasure Bank located on Thamine Myo Haung 8th street in No (1) ward, Mayangon Township, Yangon Region. It is reported that the bank robbers fled in a vehicle (Mark II) with about K100 million towards Hlinethaya (East) Township, and security forces are conducting a detailed investigation to arrest the robbers under the law. — MNA
