Mobile library team visits Myataung Tike IDP camp weekly

To increase knowledge, habit of reading and studying literature for young people in their spare time, staff of the Township Information and Public Relations Department jointly conducted a weekly Mobile Library field visit at Myataung IDP, Buthidaung Township, Rakhine State at 1 pm yesterday.
Officials borrowed readers’ favourite books of agriculture, livestock, general knowledge, fiction, cartoon, magazines, and journals, etc. to the youths and literary enthusiasts from Myataung IDP camp who also participated in the reading programme.
The Buthidaung Township Information and Public Relations Department will conduct a Mobile Library field visit every Wednesday, and yesterday’s field visit was carried out in line with the COVID-19 directives, officials said. — Hla Kyaw (IPRD)/GNLM
