Judgements passed on one special criminal appeal, 5 special civil appeals; 5 special civil appeals cases heard

A special appeal tribunal, comprising Union Chief Justice U Htun Htun Oo, and Judges of the Supreme Court of the Union U Kyi Thein, U Khin Maung Gyi, U Tin Hong and Daw Khin May Yi, passed the judgements on one special criminal appeal, No. 4/2021(Taninthayi), and five special civil appeals, No. 98/2019(Sagaing), No. 25/2020(Shan), No. 26/ 2020(Shan), 27/2020(Yangon) and 30/2020(Yangon).
In addition, a total of five special civil appeals No. 29/2020(Sagaing), 31/2020(Rakhine), 36/2020(Mandalay), 39/2020(Sagaing) and 44/2020(Yangon), were heard keeping in line with COVID-19 prevention and control guidelines. — MNA
