Body-building, physical fitness competition for SEA Games concluded

As part of preparations for the 32nd Southeast Asian Games to be held in Cambodia in May 2023, the Myanmar Body-building and Physical Fitness Sports Federation held the Federation President’s Trophy body-building and physical fitness competition at novice level at Myanmar Convention Centre on Mindhamma Road in Yangon yesterday.
The athletes in the novice and senior levels of various weight classes, and the best male and female athletes from the competition were selected from the competitions for the SEA Games.
Athletes took part in the U-21 junior body-building event and 55-, 60-, 65-, 70-, 75-, 80- and above-80 kilo senior events. Moreover, female athletes participated in the female athletic physique, model physique and fitness physique events and male athletes in the sports physique events.
Winners from competitions of different weight classes were awarded medals and cash awards.—Bala Soe
