MIFER Union Minister receives Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar

MIFER Union Minister Dr Kan Zaw meets Chinese Ambassador Mr Chen Hai and delegation in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

Union Minister Dr Kan Zaw of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations received the delegation led by Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar Mr Chen Hai at the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning.
During the meeting, the Chinese ambassador said that the Chinese government is contributing to socioeconomic development of Myanmar, investment and manufacturing activities.
Then, the Union minister expressed thanks for Chinese Grants to Myanmar socioeconomic development and cordially discussed matters related to the socioeconomic cooperation programmes and enhancement on investment and foreign economic relations.
The meeting was attended by the deputy minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, the director-general of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations Department and senior officers of the related departments of the ministry. —MNA
